The Wyoming State Trap Shoot is coming to town on June 30th, we spoke to Gary Olson to get the details of the event.

The Wyoming State Trapshooting Association is having their 95 Annual Wyoming State Shoot June 30 thru July 4th.
Events start at the Goshen County Sportsman Club in Torrington, Wednesday at 10am and Tuesday – Sunday 8am. There will be a dinner Saturday evening at 5 pm and Calcutta at 7pm.

This morning the phones here at KGOS/KERM have been ringing off the hook. Listeners wanted us to give a Big Thank You to the Kids fireworks display Friday night south of the sugar factory. If you were able to view these fireworks, they were a big hit!

Western States Cutting Horse Association will be at the Goshen County Fairgrounds, from July 2nd to the 4th. This is free to spectators. Contact Clark Geary at (308) 458-8917.
The Lagrange fireworks will be held on Saturday the 3rd – in the field beside the LaGrange Community Building. There will be a Ice Cream social held before the fireworks at 6:30. If you have questions, call 834-2466

On the 4th of July
You can spend the day from 9:30 till 5:30 at Fort Laramie National Historic Site for the Free Frontier Fourth of July.

At Dusk in Torrington there will be a fireworks display south of Highway 26 across from 800 East Valley Road in Torrington. You may park along frontage road. Monetary donations to pay for fireworks will be accepted at Torrington City Hall – For questions, call 532-5666

As a reminder most of the downtown Merchants will be closed on Monday July 5th including the Chamber Office and City Hall.
